JUSTIN FOX

Born in Sydney, Australia 1975
A fine artist and web designer creating visual forms through experimentation and collaboration.
Justin has a BA in Design from the UNSW, College of Fine Arts. From 1997-1999 he ran DFM Design Fix Media, a design company with Caryn Gillespie and Simon McIntyre producing CD-ROM, Corp. ID, print and web design. In 2000 he was employed as the head of design for Animal Logic's interactive division. In 2001 Justin set up GillespieFox pty ltd and he's currently teaching design on Monday and Tuesday nights at Shillington College.
Justin founded the Australian INfront, a non-profit web site that proves Australian creatives have a passion and commitment for design and the internet. The mission was to draw together all of Australia's best designers and showcase these individuals to the international design community, to elevate the perception of Australian design to the world and inspire students seeking a career in this industry. Currently the Australian INfront attracts over 3000 unique visitors daily.

DOMENICO BARTOLO

Born in Sydney, Australia 1974
At 28, Dom is an international designer director currently based in Amsterdam.
After gaining a Bachelor of Design from the College of Fine Arts, The University of NSW in Sydney. Dom matriculated through the ranks of one of Australia's foremost graphic design firms; Emery Vincent Design, and broadcast design pioneers; Extro Design.
Together with colleagues Finnegan Spencer and Kevin Mercer, he founded Engine Design in 1999. Under the trio's leadership, Engine quickly established itself as a leader in the field of broadcast design and motion graphics. His work is highly rewarded and respected. Having consistently won major awards every year, including the coveted, "Best of Show" at the Australian & NZ BDA Promax Awards for his opening title sequence for the SBS drama series 'GOING HOME'. Most recently his branding work for the international airline Qantas, was awarded the highest honour by the Australian Graphic Design Association, a Pinnacle Award at the 2002 biennial.
A regular speaker at Australian design colleges and universities, he was recently voted as the most inspirational speaker at the international AGIdeas conference held in Melbourne in 2002. In June 2003, as a member of INfront he was invited to Milan, Italy to exhibit and to participate in PUN, an event themed on media/war/arts/censorship.
Endeavouring to explore visual communication, Dom is dedicated to promoting creativity within the Australian design community. He is a founding member of the Australian INfront (www.australianinfront.com.au), a non-profit based community web project. Whose aim is to elevate the perception of Australian design around the world, by initiating collaborative projects and visual documentation. He is the creator of the popular VISUAL RESPONSE project found on INfront.
Ever vigilant, he is driven by an overwhelming passion for design and creative excellence.

MATTHEW WILLIS

Born in Blacktown, Sydney Australia 1970
Designer.
Matthew started his career in graphics/graphic design in 1986 as an apprentice typesetter/finished artist. Since 1986 he has worked in a variety of advertising adgency's, design firms, web design companies as well as running his own company.
In 1999 he moved from Sydney to Vancouver BC Canada to a position as a senior designer for Blastradius working for clients including Nike.com, MTV, Atlantic Records, Casio G-Shock, Universal Studios and Shockwave.com. Now home residing in Sydney and working full-time for Animal Logic as a designer, Matthew's versatility covers print, internet, cd-rom, video and typography. His most recent achievements include a Gold Clio Award 2001 - Brand Building, and Commarts Interactive Design Award 7 - Advertising for his work on the Nike.com's Olympics 2000 World Body website. Last year he also was featured on the Commarts Interactive Design Award 6 for Nike's Rugby - A Savage Symphony.

DAVID JOHNSON

Born in Sydney, Australia 1978
David is a web developer currently living in Melbourne, Australia who is constantly striving to bridge the knowledge gap between designers and programmers.
During his career (spanning nearly 10 years), he has worked with numerous large brand name/corporate clients such as Tooheys (Lion Nathan), Telstra, Siemens, Qantas, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Theatre Company, Volvo, Deutsche Bank, Austrade, News Limited, Accenture, Nike, and Ford. The highlight of Dave's career would have to be winning a Silver Cannes Cyber Lion in 2002 for his work on Nike Women, as well as an MADC Award and AGDA Distinction for his work on Alannah Hill.
Aside from design and development, he is passionate about animal conservation, V8s, learning about human/anmimal biology psychology and physiology, baking muffins, and saying "underpants".

SEAN TORSTENSSON

Born: Helsingborg, Sweden 1977
Sean graduated from the Design Centre, Enmore in 1998 with a Certificate in Design Fundamentals and an Associate Diploma in Graphic Design.
He started his career at Rochfort Thomas Mackintosh as a print designer. RTM was transformed into 110 where Sean gained an interest working in the web. He soon left 110 to take up a position at award winning advertising agency Leo Burnett Connaghan & May. There, as part of the Digital & Interactive team, he worked on sites for clients such as Subaru, Kelloggs, Tourism NSW and Cable Wireless & Optus.
Currently Sean is working with partner Sarah Brennan in their newly formed web design business CYAN60.
Sean is a founding member of INfront and dedicated to the ideals that keep the fire burning.

BRADLEY ELDRIDGE

Born in Crookwell (land of sheep & potatoes), Australia 1972
Brad graduated from Charles Sturt University Wagga in 1993 with a B.A. in graphic design. He began his career in Wagga Wagga (place of many crows) working with the Advision family, learning the finer points of print production and typography. In 1996 it was time for the country boy to move to the big smoke.
Soon after settling in Sydney, his lust for technology drove him toward the burgeoning interactive industry. He took a job at Spydermedia where he worked on a variety of new-media solutions for the likes of Wild FM, LA Cola and Air NewZealand, spending most waking hours crossing the vast expanse between CMYK and RGB-land in the temperamental Macromedia Flash spaceship.
Brad now runs enzyme design with his partner Mary, their focus is on creating effective communication solutions. In 2002 enzyme design won the I.T. Graphics Multimedia Professional award for a flash game developed for Pedigree Meaty Bites. Brad's highlight for 2003 was being accepted into the News Limited AWARD school which he's currently juggling with his design projects.
