Concept:::
VD05 started with images of an eye, nose, ear and mouth. These images were mere emotional triggers and Andrew and Peter extended new photography into the rest of the designs to further flourish new ideas throughout the process which was to simply accept and react to the designs coming into their email inboxes.

Synopsis:::

Peter::
This process resulted in 8 completely unique pieces displaying emotional triggers stemmed from another. I love working in this setting, especially when no restrictions are placed. You receive the image, and consume yourself with your own reaction, You then have to make judgements, and then decide how far you are going to push it. Adapting your own voice, on top of another. For once, you are given a canvas with paint already on it. it is up to you what goes over the top. Thanks to J and AIF for the opportunity and to andrew, for stemming the emotions.

Andrew::
Sometimes a blank canvas can be incredibly daunting, however having another designers work to react to gives an awesome amount of inspiration which can give you some freedom. Although this freedom comes with responsibility as you feel an obligation to make your work stand out. You do not want to let the other person down and therefore you rise to the occasion. Peter's work is unique and my main problem was not trying to use it but trying not to use it. There was just so many possibilities. I could have done anything with it and it would have looked great because of the depth of the works thrown at me. Thanks to Peter for the inspiration.
