Tiana Vasiljev
Tiana Vasiljev studied graphic design at the Design Centre Enmore (Sydney), graduating with an Advanced Diploma in 2006. She began her design career in 2007 working for Valentine Associates; a multidisciplinary Sydney-based design studio. In 2009, she relocated to London where she continued her graphic design work.
Tiana has worked on a range of design projects, including branding, corporate literature, brochures, catalogues, editorial layouts, and websites. Her clients have included the Karl McManus Foundation, the 2011 KMF Lyme Disease Appeal, Christie’s Great Estates, Brookfield Multiplex, Eighteen Percent Photography, The One That Got Away, CMS Electracom, and Strategic Financial Solutions (SFS). With a special emphasis on typography, attention to detail, a strong conceptual attitude, and a willingness to experiment, she is open to all challenges. Her goal is to create innovative and meaningful design that promotes thought, interaction, and a smile.
In June 2011, after returning to Sydney, Tiana launched Beautiful Pages, an online design store selling beautifully printed graphic design related books, magazines, posters, and DVDs. The store was created as an online space where Australian designers (and designers all over the world) could go to be inspired— a creative site that both students and professionals could visit any time of the day and easily purchase products that would fuel their imagination.
Beautiful Pages serves as a reminder to designers about the beauty of real ink on paper, the importance of the printed page, and the pleasures and benefits of owning these beautiful books, magazines and printed pieces.

Thanks Matt for your kind words. Glad you're enjoying the store and our products. And I've got to agree with you Jem on that one. It is amazing!
Nothing is impossible :-) I managed to find a couple of copies last week that should be on their way - email the store if you're interested. See what we can do for you. From what I've heard Laurence King will be doing a reprint of the book but it won't be for a little while I imagine. I'll have to confirm and get back to you.

Thanks Damien. I've got to agree with you on that one. How To Be A Graphic Designer Without Losing Your Soul is my favourite.Very embaressed to say that the book sat on my bookshelf for about three years before I started reading it and then I just couldn't put it down!
Designers Don't Read looks great. Have not yet come across this books but I'll definitely be reading it and hopefully getting it in for the store. Looks like Austin Howe has a whole series of Designers Don't .... books. They all look really good.
Thanks H-Johnston. Yes, I'm very familiar with Alan Fletcher and his publications. They where one of the first few to be available on Beautiful Pages. Just did a bit of searching and found an old link you might enjoy. An album with some pictures I took in Manchester at his exhibition a few years ago: Alan Fletcher: Fifty Years of Graphic Work and Play:
