the client that doesn't know what they want

::1.) Have you seen anything similar style that you want? (there's always something that they've seen before that will be in their head, and if they can't think of it, this question will have them at least thinking about it)
2.) What DON'T you like about it?.
This is great advice.
I use point 1 a lot with new clients who prove themselves unable to articulate what they want. Having said that I am not expecting full fleshy out briefs, I am just looking for a starting point that will give me some sort of direction that ensures I don't waste everyone's time
what car would you buy for $9K and under?

I don't think you're going to find a subaru for under $9k.
They hold their value pretty well.
I have a 2004 Mazda 2 and it's a tardis. Might not be the most glamorous car around but I have one baby seat with room for 2 people as well in the back.
Also Mazda were listed one of Drive's most reliable brands last year.

Hi
I could do it for you but I am on maternity leave. And have a catnapping baby so goccoing is too complex for the short periods of time I have during the day.
You may like to contact my friend and fellow designer/goccoing lady

If I was quoting for you costs would include
Light bulbs

@Jem - Thanks Jem
@Gidget - Cheers - and yep, we are going back and writing summary's of the projects - far and away our least favourite part of the whole process - but invaluable all the same.
