psd to html or freelance sites?

Hi guys,

I've been asked to design a website but can only do the front end psd layouts, need someone to code it up as wordpress site.

I'm a bit in the dark with all of this, as I mainly work in print design and have only done a few websites but just wondering if anyone has used sites such as e-lance or psd2html.com and how have they found them?
