I just bought a place up on the northern beaches and after commuting for a while to Surry Hills to my office there. I realised this is crazy...I am spending 3 hours a day in the car.
So if anyone who lives in the NB area is interested, I am looking to share an office in the mona vale village with another designer or web coder or someone involved in the creative industry.
I am an experienced designer with an established business and easy to get along with.
I was previously paying $850 a month, sharing with a few other creatives in Surry Hills.
That figure will only get me a fairly dumpy small office in Mona Vale and it would be kind of boring to work alone.
Reasonable offices start at about $1300 a month.
So about $650 a month each. May be able to one for less.
