Also looking at this in further detail when you convert this to CMYK you might want to check the ink densities and contrast of the darker areas. When RGB converts to CMYK darker areas with little contrast might end up with ink values which are virtually similar and wont' show in print. For example you might end up with a TIC (Total Ink Coverage) of 250% on one object and 240% on another object this is only a 4% difference in values. Wanted to point this out as there were some details which I had to look closely even to see on screen.

Very cool graphic.
We can print offset up to 770 x 1080 (which could be cut into multiple sheets). You might find some double sided large format options but this will be ideal for low run only (if you are looking to send out 10 or so this might be an option). How many are you looking to print. However we would need to check if we can do concertina folding in this size.
As for the cracking, whichever printer you end up using, I would suggest doing a double sided cello. This should should help minimise any cracking.
Best of luck!

As far as we have seen there aren't a ton of options out there.
Perhaps you saw our pricing? We do print them but can only offer them at 300gsm (printed offset) at reasonable pricing. We can do digital in 350gsm and 400gsm but it gets expensive. We do print offshore and our standard size is 90 x 54mm but if you need a custom size we can work with it. We also have a one sided spot UV 300gsm with silk laminate on both sides.
Good luck and let me know if we can be of assistance.

What Dave said is a good start.

I would suggest downloading the free copy of this: http://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/ which will give you a nice overview of most important on page meta data.

Booooo for censorship! @Tangerine had her rant and established herself as a staunch - if not naive - supporter of local business and @inkable defended himself and was defended. Free speech at work.

@tangerine – no need to verbally bash @inkable as they've been a regular considerate forum poster here and have given really valuable information and I know has printed for a few forum posters here who have been happy with the outcome
just makes you come across like a bit of an asshat @tangerine

@Inkable you're right that it could've been really good pricing, but the lack of proof when I asked for a quote sorta gave it away. he's fine now, he just wants the printer's 'best price'. salespeople hey

Hooooo boy... I used to get this a lot. Even on repeat jobs. Some clients seem to have very selective memories when recalling past bills and services.
Totally agree with @Inkable though, can't be expected to match ridiculous prices without seeing the other quote.
