I've being doing a bit of designing as of late and want to print off different designs onto shirts and jumpers. Doing some googling for printers in Sydney reveals either a minimum run of 15 each design, or a single will cost $60.
To be truthful, this is sort of a test to see if I like my designs on a shirt or jumper and deciding whether or not to open a small online shop.

I'm currently trying to enlarge an image that is 300x400 pixels wide. It's horrible. But what I'm asking for help with is this, the image's DPI is 300/inch which is much higher than the standard 72dpi.
Would this high DPI allow for better enlargement of the photo? I'm changing the Bicubic properties of the image to get a better result, but I think I'm doing it wrong.
The photo in question: (It is a body scan image of the new xray machine)

As of this moment I have Photoshop open and I'm putting together my very own business cards. I'm looking to give them a modern look, but not too overboard with vector swirls or rounded edges.
I vaguely remember a similar thread on this site, before the forums got nuked. I'll post my design up shortly.
Feel free to post your own, and show off your creative photography skills as well.
