What about something as simple as listing exactly what that button does: instead of just Delete, I would suggest it say "Delete Record" on that (red) button. Pretty clear then! And then perhaps Delete Record button by itself on far left or right with clear space between the 4 other buttons.

I too use Colour Bridge Coated and Uncoated … Just buy it direct online from Pantone. It's where I got mine from about 9 months ago (needed updating mine as the last colour books I were using were from 1995!).
I sent emails to several supposed Melbourne distributors of Pantone products and never heard anything back. Or they were way more $$$$$ than buying direct.
It ships then from Hong Kong in a few days.

Is he going to be making money from the book sales? If so, he needs to pay you up front for all the illustration work you do before it goes to print, plus you can also (should) neogtiate the share in the profits if he wants to do that as an aside.
I sure wouldn't work for free not knowing if the book will make $100 in sales or $10,000! Forget that!

It's a daft setting in preferences in Acrobat.
Goto Acrobat Preferences > Page Display > and deselect "Enhance Thin Lines"
If it is a client that is viewing it and has no idea about changing their Acrobat preferences, you can just add in an extra point somewhere on the vertical on the "I" shape using the pen tool in Illustrator or InDesign. Then re-export to PDF using usual settings. Having the extra point in the "I" shape fools the Acrobat renderer into thinking it isn't a rectangle shape and thus won't "enhance thin lines".
That will fix the issue!
Hope that helps.

Glad to have helped !
But it seems ROBERTPL is just spamming his dodgy website with his nonsensical reply.
