well done guys! ...to say the challenge of redesigning INfront has finally been overcome is MASSIVE!!!
It looks like it will go on to bigger and better things so like myself, I'm sure everyone is very much excited for the future of this site. look forward to getting INvolved again. : )

firstly, nice post mr duncan.
to further noftus's point ...if we can all get the overall commitment that is what is making the group your working with a winning team, then it makes it possible for the respect and trust to be there. If your interested in having this sort of environment then here's something that will help - (especially when you're having a group meeting ie. a brainstorm to come up with a possible solution to the task at hand, when your colleagues are sharing their ideas, listen for this commitment ...and be someone who contributes by empowering this. If you all do that, I promise that will create an even stronger team.
