For one weekend in August, the Sydney Opera House, in association with St James Ethics Centre, presents the Festival of Dangerous Ideas. Speakers from around the world discuss a range of contentious ideas, challenging mainstream opinion and thought and provoking discussion and debate.
We designed and developed the festival website around the existing, bold FODI brand. Site visitors can quickly access and filter the event line-up and check out each speaker and topic. Visitors can then add the events to their own shortlist which can be printed, added to a calendar or shared on Facebook.
We've used responsive design for mobile device accessibility, and HTML5 & CSS3 that meets AA level of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
