InfoXchange in partnership with Australia Post have commenced a four year national digital literacy program with the ambitious goal of supporting more than 300,000 Australians to improve their digital skills.
To produce the designs for the new website we created wireframes based on a series of personas containing interactions that complied with known standards and conventions, and didn't provide users with a steep learning experience.
Webplace then managed the complete creative design process including design of the brand and logo as well as the web page designs. Stakeholder workshops and intensive design sessions were conducted in order to establish a strong brand for the site that met the creative brief and user requirements.
Our Developers focused on ensuring the HTML/CSS templates met WCAG AA Accessibility requirements prior to implementation.
The website is loaded with immediately available online resources to help 'Learner' users, but also connects them to 'Mentors' who have signed up to GoDigi as being willing to offer tutoring face-to-face.
