I’m an ideas-driven graphic designer specialising in branding and visual identity design with added skills in motion design. Currently based in Sydney after five years experience in London agencies.
What makes me different to other branding and visual identity designers is that I’m able to think in motion, to help bring visual identities alive right from the start of a project, instead of being an afterthought.
With over five years of experience, I have worked at branding agencies in London such as Interbrand, Thinkfarm, Bisqit and Red Bee, with experience also at motion agencies and broadcasters including the BBC and Sky.
Halo Lighting have been around since the late 80s. They had no identity expect for an inconsistent logo. An expansion in their expertise from just lighting to also include audio, visual and long term hire/installations led them to needing a new identity.
They also wanted to attract a broader range of consumers, from individuals who want to hire equipment for a party, to large corporate clients. So the identity needed to be friendly, yet professional.
An identity that represents and shows off the value that great lighting and audio can add to event. Something which reflects how Halo can bring colour, creativity and vibrancy to any event, space or room.
