Okay, company I work for wanted a new website and they've agreed on a design and someone in house (we only work on print) who does freelance web stuff says we can't do this or its too difficult and not worth it, I just wanted to make sure it is or isn't so I can come back to the owner and give advice.
Anyhow if you look at this rough website design, the owner wants the menu to always align to the bottom of the browser window, just wonder if this is possible on either css or easily able to find a solution? As I'm not 100% sure how to argue its possible or not possible and I can't really find another example to show that it does or proves it impossible unfortunately. I have found some examples where websites have element which always align to bottom of browser window and showed him them but he's argued its a complete different concept and I'm like surely if you can define a div to always sit at the bottom of a window you could do it for another but he seems adamant you can't and obviously I'm not a web expert to argue otherwise. so Hopefully @dave or @pscysm or some of you other webby guys can help.
Also if what he is saying is incorrect I just want to know so I can organise a solution.
