I work for an inhouse design studio in a large organisation. We're looking to improve our archiving process. My IT department are supportive of uploading our entire job files to Cumulus (https://www.canto.com/cumulus/). I'm unsure how this would work in practice with design files, given we often have repeating elements (logos etc) and non-design but related files (client markups etc).
Does anyone here use Cumulus for their archiving? I'd love to hear what your experience and process is like. Do you use a different archiving system? I'd love to hear what you do differently too!
Thanks for sharing what you've been looking into @Adamdesigns. Are you using any of the archiving providers that Google Cloud syncs with, or is your system more simple? I'll admit I feel like I'm swimming amongst a whole heap of concepts and terminology I don't understand at this point! Can I touch base with you in a month to see where you're at?
