hey @cheli, I've checked your artwork and by standard that's how I would supply this job generally. The spot colour is set to knockout and not over printing which is correct and you don't have any of the process colours overprinting the spot colour which is correct too.
The only other way I could imagine they wanted it supplied would be all the CMYK on one Page with no spot included on that page and then on another page just the spot colour on its own (I've emailed you with examples just incase you don't want the work posted publically yet)
::And that's life working with printers. They all have their own processes and can be the most unhelpful dicks. The good one's are few and far between.::
Agree with @DAN here.
I've worked in both print and design and I've found that they mix like oil and water.
On the print side I've had to put up with snotty designers who think they're SO above you and they couldn't set up artwork to save their lives.
On the other hand I've dealt with printers that just seem to want to make your life difficult at every turn even though your file is bullet proof.
I try to avoid print these days for that very reason.
