Office space to rent

iformat is a small web strategy agency with 7 people and have an open plan office in Toorak Rd South Yarra.
Its in a great location 1 minute's walk from South Yarra station and the office overlooks Toorak Rd.
We are looking to rent one or two desks to individuals that we can also give freelance work to.
Ideally we are looking for Graphic / Web Designers or Copywriters.
We are thinking of charging about $100 / week with all bills included. (Except phone but we could get one installed for you)
We think we can provide you with a fair chunk of freelance work too and it would be great to have someone in-house.
