We're looking to appoint a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team.
We seek a highly motivated, meticulous individual dedicated to producing the highest quality and most innovative web solutions.
You will be a key member of our Business Analysis team, responsible for capturing clients’ business requirements and helping to design solutions for those requirements. You will work closely with all areas of the company, including strategy, information architecture and technical innovation.

What we want from you...
Core activities of the Business Analyst role:
– Conducing strategic consulting research and analysis
– Facilitating user modelling and business requirements gathering workshops
– Documenting and controlling project requirements and scope through the development of Business Requirements and Functional Specification documentation
– Liaising with the Design and Development teams to ensure solution appropriateness, accuracy and innovation
– Managing relationships across a diverse client base
– Managing projects and interdisciplinary internal teams
– Managing budgets, estimates and invoicing
Essential Skills:
– 3 - 4 years experience as Business Analyst in web / eCommerce projects
– Strong project management experience, including Agile, SDLC and RAD methodologies
– Strong experience in web development technologies (HTML/CSS, ASP.NET) and online user experience (UX)
– Relevant tertiary qualifications
– A high level attention to detail
– The ability to work well under deadlines
Desirable Skills:
– Experience with mobile applications, social media and other emerging platforms
– Experience with web content management systems (CMS)
