Reactive Sydney is looking for an experienced Flash designer (3+ years) with a passion for simple elegant design, animation and usability. You will have experience working on campaign sites, online advertising campaigns and web applications.
Flash Designers at Reactive are responsible for:
- Conception and execution of awesome Flash design and animation;
- Collaborating with the wider design and production team;
- Writing simple functional specifications;
- Managing simple data integration (XML feeds etc.);
- Presenting and pitching work to clients;
- Communicating your vision with the production and account team.
Our chosen candidate will have the following attributes:
- A great attitude;
- 3+ years of interaction design and Flash experience;
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash;
- Intermediate ActionScript 3 skills
- Basic understanding of design patterns (MVC)
- Good oral, written and presentation skills;
