Bienalto are a young, vibrant, and diverse consulting team, working from a recently converted warehouse just off Oxford Street in Darlinghurst.
We are looking for a talented designer that brings energy and creativity to their work, and work environment.
The role will work closely with the senior designer and creative director.
You will have experience working in print, print production, communicating to suppliers and a desire to grow and learn from experienced web designers.
You will have an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your ability to respond to a brief and find innovative and exciting solutions to clients problems. You will be able to work from our creative directors concept sketches and realise designs that are true to concept, on brand for client and consumer centric for the audience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small yet diverse creative team, with backgrounds in interaction design, mainstream advertising and web, directly alongside experience architects, programmers and enthusiastic account managers.
You will be provided the opportunity to work across a varied client portfolio in both digital and print, playing to your strengths.
The successful candidate is an autonomous self-starter capable of working from brief to delivery.
Requirements:
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills
• A passion for creative problem solving
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding and experience working with brand guidelines
• Great communication and written skills including ability to create scamps with supporting rationale
• Excellent attention to detail
• A sense of humour and a hunger to continue to develop your skills.
