Flint Interactive, a Melbourne based creative digital agency, is currently seeking a Senior Flash Developer to join our team.

Salary $70K+

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Taking the lead role in all Flash development projects
• Maintenance of existing Flash websites
• Flash development of banners and other creative

As a key part of our team, the Senior Flash Developer will work closely with both creative and production to plan, build and deploy highly engaging, interactive Flash based solutions for our clients.

The successful applicant should posses:

• Expert ActionScript 2 and 3
• Strong object oriented programming techniques
• Software design patterns including MVC, Command, Observer
• Animation using Greensock TweenLite engine
• Deep linking using SWFAddress
• Extensive experience building dynamic database/XML driven flash sites
• Experience building custom audio/video streaming interfaces
• Basic Papervision 3D engine
• Basic YouTube chromeless player API
• Basic RegEx knowledge
• Basic E4X/XPath XML manipulation
• Basic JavaScript (JQuery) / HTML
• Basic Photoshop, Illustrator
• Version management using SVN (optional)
