Sydney CBD-based digital agency Webling Interactive are looking for an experienced Flash freelancer for a range of projects that include integrated campaign sites, Facebook integration, gaming and interactive marketing campaigns.

If you’re a skilled developer who also understands interactivity, understands the unique expectations of flash projects and takes great pride in creating quality work, then we’d like to meet you.

The Mandatories
- Extensive Flash ActionScript 3.0 experience (OOP, Pattern based development).
- Experience with developing rich-media flash sites, incorporating video, full-browser interactivity, even a little gaming.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies content integration via XML, SOAP, web services and remoting.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Motivated, self-starting ability.
- Capacity to balance both functional and creative objectives for a project, and deliver both with passion and skill.

We have a number of projects waiting to go, so get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. We do prefer Sydney based as sometimes face-to-face is the only way to convey some parts of a project, however are open to hearing from remote freelancers of a high quality.
