Front-End Developer
We are an award winning full service design studio based in Prahran, Melbourne. We have about 15 staff in our studio, split across print and digital. We are seeking a front-end web developer to join our interactive team.
We have flexibility in terms of the experience for the role. We are focused on finding the correct fit for our studio, as well as enthusiasm for the web.
The job would inlcude:
- Construct hand-coded websites using clean, semantic markup.
- Use JQuery to develop interface widgets often including animation and ajax queries.
- Following our senior designers lead, rollout layouts for sub-pages based on their creative direction
- Work with a back-end programmer to integrate dynamic content into your HTML pages, working with them to integrate data requests.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure the user experience is seamless. While it's not required, any experience with user experience design, wireframes & site maps will be viewed favorably.
We are a small, dynamic team, always on the look out for unique solutions so there is plenty of opportunity to try new technologies and approaches. If you have an interest in iPhone app dev, games or anything else cool then that's awesome too!
