It is an exciting time in the Medibank Marketing team as we build our own in-house Content Studio with a particular focus on advertising and marketing creative to build our brand, deliver exceptional content & creative solutions and drive revenue.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for bringing various digital creative video concepts to life from idea through to post production. These high quality and engaging digital and social media video projects will grow our target audience whilst maintaining brand integrity.
Reporting to the Content Studio Lead, additional responsibilities will include:
Develop creative and successful social & digital filming concepts that meet business needs and communicate to a wide range of audiences through various interactive/video digital formats incl. animated graphics;
Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier as well as content & digital video platforms;
Manage all aspects of pre-production, including script writing and developing pitch materials (storyboards), resourcing equipment (cameras, sound & lighting) and sourcing locations etc.;
Act as central point of contact for onsite shooting of new content and post production editing with agency assistance;
Regularly review work practices to identify improvements and simplify processes and decision making ;
Manage post-production activities, delivering to expected outcomes on time, budget and to standard;
Work closely with the broader Content Studio team and Brand to ensure brand integrity and consistency.
With the ability to work collaboratively to create outcomes rather than outputs, you will be skilled in thinking creatively to produce inspiring concepts and ideas. You will work well under pressure, successfully multi task and will deliver on projects with competing deadlines.
You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in producing Video Content, you can do it with one hand tied behind your back;
It is point of pride to say you keep up with technology and you are dab hand in using Abode Creative Suite, plus you are familiar with other creatives suites;
Solid experience in Copywriting and/or content production are other skills you are confident in promoting;
Managing client relationships (and expectations) and account management is second nature to you;
And of course, your written and verbal communication skills are second to none!
