Intermediate Web Designer
Carter Digital is a award winning digital agency based in Melbourne.
We're looking for an experienced web designer with a passion for creating innovative UX focused websites and applications, with a keen eye for detail. You will have experience working on medium to large sites, online campaigns, and 4+ years working in an studio environment.
The chosen Design HTTPster will have sound knowledge of:
• Wireframe creation and UX development of information architecture
• Awesome user interface (UI) creation and design execution
• Rock star skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks etc)
• Responsive web design considerations
• Present & discuss concepts and creative work within the studio and clients
In the nice to have column, the ideal Design HTTPster has:
• A great attitude, passion and knowledge of design and creative industry
• Axure and Omnigraffle wireframe creation skills
• Work within timelines and deliver on-budget and on-brief
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
• A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript interaction
The user interface design (UID) for iPhone / iPad apps would be desirable but not essential.
