We are looking for a Senior Designer to become part of the global Experience Design (XD) Team, entrusted to deliver cutting edge usability and creative across multiple platforms to help drive forward Perform’s global sports brands, specifically in Australia and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region. Working closely with the global XD teams based in UK, USA, Japan and Germany to deliver Perform Media’s creative strategy.
KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?) (% of role)
Provide creative solutions across product, marketing, commercial and video for brands such as Sporting News, NBA, DAZN and Goal. 20%
Drive commercial strategy from ideation through to delivery across major global brands. 20%
Proactive and well organised. Effective multi-tasking and ability to prioritise work based on potential impact and urgency. 15%
Lead conversations with excellent communication skills. Speaking to other departments in order to establish goals, upcoming tasks and priorities. 15%
Work closely with the global XD teams based in UK, Japan, USA and Germany to deliver Perform Media’s creative strategy. 15%
Regional leadership responsibility to drive forward creative delivery in keeping with the global XD team’s output. 10%
Present work back to key stakeholders, explain difficult design decisions and sell your creative vision. 5%
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW?)
At least 3 years experience working in the digital design industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative personality and ability.
Highly talented Graphic/Digital Designer with strong ideas and creativity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to self-manage workload between multiple teams as well as mentor junior members of the team.
Methodical and efficient working style with real attention to detail.
High competency in all areas of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in working directly with multiple brands and commercial partners within a creative agency environment.
Exceptional knowledge of digital design trends and patterns.
Confidence in presenting and showcasing concepts and visuals to stakeholders. Ability to contribute to a design team culture.

Delivering work that forms a key part of commercial proposals and deals where additional focus is on key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery.
Ability to deliver creative across multiple platforms.

Design-based education or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge of motion design software.
An interest in sports.
