For those who are planning on staying home alone this Christmas (or with family but that ruins the sweet Culkin reference) this tree by Culkin comes with some extra Christmas spirit...

The Christmas Tree by CULKIN is an alternative Christmas tree made with love and timber sourced from the top of the Blue Mountains. The project started out as a display for the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, where James Culkin works as the Gallery and Building Technician. Standing around 1.5m tall, the branches are sourced from the bushland around the Mt Victoria area, which featured prominently in the recent bush fires—and $20 from every sale will go to the Mt Victoria Rural Fire Service.

The trees are $140 including delivery—to the greater Sydney and Blue Mountains areas. If you live outside this area, please email for shipping costs. The trees will be delivered on 30th November and 7th December 2013 unless other arrangements are made.
