Deeds, Not Words 2

Art, Exhibits, Events, Photography

Featuring some of the most influencial street photographers of our generation, Deeds Not Words 2 is touring to Sydney and it opens this week. In its essence, the group photography exhibition is about people doing shit, not talking shit. There are two kinds of people in the world, the do'ers and the gonna do'ers.

In late 2013 Mild Manners Gallery put together a group photo exhibition titled Deeds, Not Words to coincide with Semi-Permanent Melbourne. After its roaring success, Deeds returned last year, this time as a headline exhibition for the Independent Photography Festival in Melbourne.

Presented in partnershop with Doomsday Store, it features work by Ryan Cookson, Benjamin Deberdt, Cheryl Dunn, Nolan Hall, Atiba Jefferson, Jeff Kutter, Thomas Robinson, Chris Shonting, Ed Templeton, Garry Trinh, Clint Woodside and Tobin Yelland.

Opening Thursday, January 29th 6-8pm
continues until February 7th.

Level 1, 499 Crown St
