Art, Exhibits, Photography

Sydney photographer Sylvé Colless' new series, Harmonia was all shot in sections of the Never Never River, in the Promised Lands behind Bellingen in Northern NSW. Born and raised in the region, Colless has a unique affiliation with it’s waterways, the lifeblood of the area. Having tried her hand at architecture and visual arts at university, she eventually found solace in photography, since then she has forged a successful career shooting commercial fashion. Her personal projects, vastly different to her commercial work, continue to develop into a distinctive and formidable form of its own. And now a year on since her successful debut solo exhibition, Harmonia opens this week.

Thursday November 6th 5 - 8pm

M.M.P.G.
Level 1, 499 Crown St
