Shipping Information
Goods will be shipped using Australia Post and normally sent within 1 to 2 business days. We use regular mail and cannot arrange special delivery or collection of items. Domestic purchases will incur GST. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.
Shipping times:
Australia standard: 2 - 4 business days
Australia express: 1 - 2 days (usually next day delivery if order is placed before 11am)
International standard: 4 - 10 business days
International express: 2 - 5 business days
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. Australian Infront does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a exchange or credit where goods are faulty. We have a no refund policy on ticket purchases but we are happy to transfer names to those wanting to attend.

When purchasing from Australian Infront your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. 1. Introduction
1A. Welcome to Australian Infront, provided by Australian Infront Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of this website ("Australian Infront") is provided by us on the basis of a number of important terms and conditions, which are set out in full below.
1B. You should carefully read these terms and conditions ("terms"). When you use Australian Infront, you will be legally bound by these terms, which will take effect from your first use of Australian Infront. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms, then you should not use Australian Infront.
1C. These terms apply generally to the use of Australian Infront. Any facility ("Comment Facility") that we may make accessible to you through Australian Infront, enabling you to post messages, comments, information, material or content (a "Contribution"), may have additional special terms attached. If and when a Comment Facility becomes available, you will need to read and agree to be legally bound by those special terms before you post a Contribution or use those sections. If you do not agree to be legally bound by those special terms then you will not be able to post a Contribution.

2A. We are continually seeking to update and improve Australian Infront. As a result, we may make changes to Australian Infront, including these terms, at any time. You will need to review these terms regularly so that you are aware of any changes we have made. You will be legally bound by the updated or amended terms from the first time that you use Australian Infront after we post the changes on-line.

3A. Information which we provide through Australian Infront is in outline for information or entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on it.
Third Party Websites
3B. We do not monitor the content of third party websites and any link provided on Australian Infront is solely for your convenience. We cannot therefore accept any responsibility for any third party website. You are responsible for checking and complying with the terms and privacy policies applicable to your use of any third party website.
4. Responsibility
4A. The extent of our responsibility to you has been determined in the context of the following:
i. access to Australian Infront is provided to you free of charge;
ii. it is your responsibility to determine the suitability of any Australian Infront content for any particular purpose to which you wish to put it;
iii. Australian Infront does not give instructions and you are responsible for any action or decision you take or do not take as a result of Australian Infront content;
iv. it is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is enabled with appropriate up-to-date virus checking software before you access or use Australian Infront.
4B. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that Australian Infront is available to you and that content for which we are responsible is accurate, we cannot make any legal commitment or representation to you that Australian Infront will be available at any particular time or that it or any Australian Infront content will be of any particular quality or fit for any particular purpose. However, we will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing any service to you.
4C. We can accept no liability to you for any of the following types of loss (should you suffer any of them as a result of your use of Australian Infront):
i. loss which was not foreseeable to you and us when you first accessed or registered to use Australian Infront (even if that loss results from the our failure to comply with these terms or our negligence);
ii. any business loss you may suffer, including loss of revenue, profits or anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of our default);
iii. loss which you suffer other than as a result of our failure to comply with these terms or our negligence or breach of statutory duty;
iv. any loss suffered due to the default of any party other than us.
4D. We do not give any commitment that Australian Infront or any Australian Infront content will be available uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Australian Infront or its supporting systems are free of viruses or bugs.
5E. We can accept no liability to you if we fail, or are interrupted or delayed in the performance of any obligation because of:
i. the non-availability or failure of any telecommunications or computer services, systems, equipment or software operated or provided by you or any third party;
ii. any other event not reasonably within our control.
4F. We do not give any commitments or accept any liability to you in respect of Australian Infront content provided by other users of the website or third parties other than us.
4G. Nothing in these terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.
4H. To the extent that we are practically able to do so, we may terminate your access to any part of Australian Infront at any time without notice if you breach any of the terms.
5. Forum
5A. General
Users are required to avoid cross-posting and spaming of the forum with business links for the sake of promotion.
Job post are not allowed in the forum and should be posted within the Job board. All job posts will be removed from the forum without notice.
Users are expected to treat others with respect and avoid abusive behaviour of any kind. We treat this with zero tolerance and offenders will be removed form the site.
5B. Viral Marketing
Viral marketing within the forum is banned and we request that users don't attempt to use the forum for promotion of a business entity.
Linking to a company website once in a thread is simply acceptable if it is approriate. If the user requests visits in order to promote the business we will consider this attempts at marketing and the post will be dealt with as such.
We request that all users consider the context of their post prior to posting urls to the forum.
5C. Personal Attacks
Abuse, insults and personal attacks directed at other other users is considered unacceptable.
Breaching this rule will attract a zero tolerance response from the moderators and your account will be disabled.
6. General
6A. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
6B. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. If you are a consumer, then you may have rights to bring court proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are domiciled. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we shall bring all court proceedings in the courts of Australia.
